A HIGH LIFE.

wah today was GREAT day. went to BAROSSA! then mt lofty then hahhdorf!
well the day started at 9am. gals [lee ping, myintzu, gau, jamie, debby] and kelvin met at pacific international to get ready. soon the guys [moses, eugene, fang and keith] came with the cars. so our journey began...
our first stop was the whispering wall. which was actually a dam. kept taking photos and more photos! haha. the wall is reallie cool. it was like abt 50m long and if u whisper something at one end of the wall, the person at the other end can actually hear you talking! hence the name whispering wall. haha. yup its reallie true. tested and proven.
nxt stop drove to jacob's creek visitor's centre. where we tasted wine. which was reallie interesting! haha. then after that we went to another vineyard wolf blass where we got to taste even more wine. there i decided to buy this barossa sheraz. the speciality wine in barossa.
then we rushed down to richmond grove for the winery tour. well, wasn't reallie much of a tour.. just got to see some machinery and the barrels in which they store their wine. yup and again there was more wine and cheese to taste. hahaha:) then we sat there and had our lunch, a pretty late lunch. took out all our snacks and blah and sat on the grass to eat... and of coz talk.. haha it was fun! ok then after that we went to peter layman which was CLOSED!!!! but there were nice flowers there so we stayed there and took lots of pictures with and of the flowers! :)
nxt stop was then mount lofty. took the sceneric route back. haha my car was so noisy most of the time... me, debby, moses and driver fang! haha we all kept talking and singing! we were supposed to reach there to watch the sunset, but in the end we were too late, and only managed to see the city lights. haiz. but it was beautiful anyhow:)
last stop was hahndorf to have dinner! at the hahndorf inn hotel. so i ordered the deluxe sausages which was so normal. and didn't like some sour horrible german "kiam chai". oh well, so talked and chatted for a while then went back home! haha we went in 3 cars so on the way back we were sort of having a little "race". haha. kept asking my driver to slow down coz he kept driving faster!!! hahaha.
so yup i had a wonderful day. will post pictures up soon!

wah this week i went to church so many times. like let me see 4 times [sun, wed for youth service, good fri, easter sun] yup plus i went for the delirious concert on fri too which was okkk. didn't reallie noe most of the songs so it was a bit boring at times. and we had to stand for sooo long and so that was tiring too. ok anw the church services are really good. haha they always sing the same songs but that's wonderful coz the songs are nice! now have a new fav song: for all u've done and salvation is here by hillsongs! ok that's 2. so anw the pastor is pretty good too. and the pple are friendly. so its fun going to church. plus! we also get a lift to and fro from church from an extremely helpful soul who stays a few streets away from me! so no need to worry abt transportation. haha:)
so today is easter sunday! HAPPY EASTER!! well went for the easter sunday service. which was inspirational as usual. "He who has the SON has EVERYTHING". so after that went to eat lunch with my church friends at the cafe at church. had chicken cutlet or something like that topped with hawaiian topping. pretty interesting i must say. haha. so hanged ard at church reading manga [hana yori dango] and playing heart attack. hee:) felt so secondary school. hahaha. well then we went for Jesus The Rock musical which was produced by the church. well its was pretty GOOD! i enjoyed it :P and it had dance! haha:) i shld join the church musical nxt year! so yup after that went for dinner then home!
tmr i'm going to barossa and handoff! can't wait!

today went to paradise church. like finally. i must say the service was GREAT. and the worship is just SENSATIONAL. wow. i was totally swept off my feet during the worship. met soooo many pple there and they are all reallie nice! so i asked abt the ministries... and they have choir, worship, dance ministries. but all have auditions so i reallie hope and pray that i can get in to the worship ministry and play the keyboard. coz the band and worship is just soooo wonderful!!
so yup i reallie like this church:)

today was a bad day but also a good day.
had school in the morning. went to psycho half an hour late coz i missed the bus. then had pbl lecture and pbl after that. sighhhhh dun want to talk abt pbl already. the only thing i have to say is that i must do my work and try to talk more. must remain optimistic and dun get stressed too much!! ok... so right after pbl had mppd tutorial. which was utterly boring. was like falling asleep!!! ok the nxt session i must talk so i won't fall asleep again.
then met eugene and keith to go for pizza. walked like 15 mins to the pizza place. then walked to rundel to met debby to shop! haha went to many places... was trying to look for a heater and mirror. but didn't find any today. but i saw a pretty pink scarf which i wanted to buy but didn't buy in the end.. yup the rest [gau and lee ping] also came to meet us. so after that went for jazz night! which was at the park! [can't remember wats the park name] there was a bbq there so ate a bit. then just sat on the grass and talked and talked. and admiring the scenery too. it was fun.. just hanging ard. listening to jazz music. moses and uncle ben came too. and we took lots of photos! haha. and also fed the swans on the lakes. illegally. haha:) had such a FUN time!
yup so after that went to some pancake place to eat pancakes! (duh...) which were reallie nice!!! then after that it was already very late so had to rush to take the bus back. so yup i reached home safe and sound!

i'm going to take a break from studying heart failure and update my blog.
well, life has be rather normal. going to school. attending lessons... having pbl. which is problem based learning. which is sooo horrible... its supposed to be a discussion. and my group is so dysfunctional. everybody talking so much. and we are always arguing. even my tutor says so. haiz.
oh well. besides that, the anatomy lab sessions have been pretty fun. this tues i got to dissect a sheep heart. was interesting. just that the smell is soooo strong. but i'm used to it already....
okie got to get back to work! ciaoz!

so update on my life. school has started. so i'm reallie busy. haiz actually study like 2-3 hours a day.. which is like so strange..haha... but that's because i didn't have internet then. haha but i'll make sure i continue studying even with the internet.. hee:)
